You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours \u2013 if you do not, or if you have any questions, please call or email your host, Deb, at 608-712-6368, <a href=\"mailto:ds83473@gmail.com\">ds83473@gmail.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Menu:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>To begin:<\/em> A composed salad, with assorted roasted winter vegetables:\u00a0 carrots, parsnips, beets, celery root, arranged around a pile of spicey greens, with a mustard-y vinaigrette\n<ul>\n<li><em>Mains:<\/em> Choice of seafood or spinach and cheese cr\u00eapes, served with:\n<ul>\n<li>A barley &amp; rice pilaf with broccoli<\/li>\n<li>Basket of homemade rolls; wheat knots with walnuts &amp; raisons; sour cream-herb &#8211; served with fresh local butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><em>Dessert: <\/em>Linzer tart with whipped cream.
