Join us on Mother’s Day for a very special brunch
Sunday May 12, 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Shirred Eggs – baked in a cup with a splash of cream and sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, on a bed of spinach and ham (and some without ham those who don’t eat meat)
- Hash brown potatoes
- Big green salad – fresh greens, maybe asparagus, tangy vinaigrette
- Baskets overflowing with breadstuffs – Rolls, bread for toast, muffins & scones
- Eton mess – strawberries & cream with crumbled meringues thrown in – we’ll be using the UK National Gallery’s recipe – rated in the top 3!
- Coffee, tea and juice
Brunch will be served buffet style beginning at 11:00 a.m. Please sign up using this form – also under the Members-only tab. On the form you’ll be asked for your preferred time – we’ll use this information to decide if we need more than one seating. You’ll get all the details in your confirmation email.
