Join us at School Woods for the first brunch of the spring season – we will cheat the tax man for a relaxing weekend, since returns are not due until the 17th this year.

• Crepe gateau, a layered cake of crepes, filled with spinach, ricotta, and other cheeses
• Roasted potatoes
• Cranberry corn muffins and streusel-topped blueberry muffins (berries from my freezer – shown below)
• Green salad
• Fresh fruit or applesauce

Note – Brunch will be served buffet style starting at 11:00 a.m. Guests should plan to arrive by 12:30 p.m. at the latest to ensure the best choice of tasty morsels – but you are welcome to linger until 1:00 or a little later, to finish your meal and enjoy the company.
